• Do you operate the mechanical bull during my event? Yes, a team of two will arrive at least half an hour before your requested start time to set up and operate for the entirety of your event.

• How many hours can we book for? Minimum of 2 hours must be booked 

• What locations do you cover? Most of the Central to Lower North Island, but happy to accommodate 

• Are there any fees?  Yes. a $50 non refundable deposit on confirmed bookings must be paid within 48 hr to lock in your event date-this is subject to change

• How much space is required? We need a flat and dry surface, preferably not on stones. Outside / Inside Area size needs to be at least 4x4m and 4m high. 

• Does the equipment need to be under cover?  The Bull will not operate in wet and windy conditions. we recommend you have a wet weather alternative. 

• What is your cancellation policy? If cancelled within 48 hours of our team arriving to your event then 50% deposit will be non-refundable.

• Do you require power? Yes, we require domestic house power to run the blower and mechanical bull effectively, alternatively a generator of 6.5kva will be sufficient.  

• Do you take photos of my event? Yes, we do our best to get a photo of everyone that hops on the bull. You can find these on our social media platforms after the event 

• How long is my quote valid for? 1 month
